Nemesia Sorcar , AP



Nemesia Sorcar is an Acupuncture Physician licensed by the State of Florida and board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She graduated from Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medical Arts in Asheville, NC where she earned her Masters degree in Chinese Medicine. She received a bachelors degree with a major of Wellness and Alternative Medicine from Johnson State College. Nemesia treats patients in the Community Acupuncture setting and also takes private appointments. She utilizes various modalities of Chinese Medicine including acupuncture, herbology, cupping, gua sha and tui na.

Nemesia was first introduced to Acupuncture during her undergraduate program after taking a class about Chinese Medicine, and knew at that moment that Chinese Medicine was the modality of healing that she wanted to dedicate her life to studying. Nemesia has been interested in health and wellness since she was a teenager, and has studied many different avenues of healing; including Ayurvedic medicine, Yoga, Qi Gong, Meditation, Stone Medicine, Essential Oil medicine, dietary therapy, and other healing modalities from around the world. Nemesia’s main goal is to help people transform their suffering by working through trauma that has been stored within the body through the utilization of Acupuncture, body work, Chinese Herbology, mindfulness practices, diet and lifestyle recommendations. Nemesia treats people with care and gentleness so that they feel safe and empowered to make changes within their own lives in the direction of healing.

    Chisie G. Klinglesmith, AP, Dipl. O.M.


    Chisie G. Klinglesmith is an Acupuncture Physician licensed by the State of Florida and Board Certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.  She graduated from the Florida College of Integrative Medicine in Orlando, Florida where she earned her Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine.  Also, while attending the Florida College of Integrative Medicine, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences.  In addition, she received her Certification from the Mebo TCM Training Center in Beijing, China for Acupuncture and Herbology.  She interned in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine at the Wangjing Hospital, Beijing China which treat 2,000 outpatients per day and house an additional 1,000 patients for longer term treatment.  She also earned Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Mindanao, Davao City Philippines. Lastly, Chisie is a Certified Medical Coder.  She utilizes various modalities of Chinese Medicine including acupuncture, herbology, cupping, electric stimulation, gua sha and tuina.

    Traveling back and forth to the Philippines to care for her mother and watching her slowly succumb to the ravages of cancer made a deep impression on Chisie.  She was determined to better understand the mind, body connection to illness and the root causes of disease She became passionate about her pursuit of knowledge in the field of medicine and how to integrate various philosophies. Her unique education integrates a blend of Eastern and Western medicine.

    Using the ancient art of Acupuncture, herbal and nutritional medicine with lifestyle changes, she has helped hundreds of individuals reverse chronic health issues. Chisie believes in and teaches the importance of self-care, along with techniques on how to take control of their health at any stages of life. She is gentle and compassionate with a focus on the patient’s overall wellbeing.

    “I see myself, not only as a physician, but also as an educator.  My mission is to help my patients live their most vibrant, healthy, enjoyable life possible.  I believe that longevity and a higher quality of life is attainable for everyone.  It simply requires positive choices in lifestyle and medical modalities.  Before you can make a choice for change someone has to educate you as to the fundamentals.  My background in Eastern and Western medicine allows me to approach medical issues with a balance.”
